While I am new to site, I am not however new to the aquarium. While I am not a resident of Detroit, I am a resident of Ann Arbor and am deeply saddened by the recent turn of events and the announcement of the closing next week. I have spent most of the evening reading through all of the posts on this forum. I personally believe that the money could be raised easily and within the time frame City council wants to give the FOBIA. While I don't know if the mayor can be convinced to the 2 month reprieve, I do know that all the monies could be raised. I would love to talk to one of the chairpersons of this committee and talk about some strategies. Is there a phone number contact? | ||
