On April 3 without our intervention Metro-Detroit will loose their
historical gem, the Belle Isle Aquarium. This institution has aroused
curiosity in children for over one hundred years. The Aquarists are
known nationally for their successes in breeding endangered species.
Both the city and the Zoo have been unable to make our gem shine. That
is because they were missing the most vital factor, YOU!
Friends of Belle Isle Aquarium is seeking 5,000 families to give $100 to
save the aquarium. Everyone who helps in this initiative will have their
name kept on an honor roll so that all will know the part you played in
saving Detroit's history and future.
It only takes you and a few friends to
save this gem.
